Hey ya'll! I'm Laura Dee and this is my small space of the world. I am Mama to two wild and amazing little boys and wife to my wonderful husband and biggest supporter, Sean. I was born and raised in Texas (and those roots run deep) but in 2016, with a 3-month-old in tow, we moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, planted roots and now call it home.

The entrepreneurial spirit has always run through my veins, I for sure got it from my Dad. About 10 months into motherhood, I was deep in the throes of what I now know was delayed post-partum depression and decided to start a beauty blog to give myself a creative outlet. I never, in my wildest dreams, thought that it would evolve into a full-blown website, but here we are!

Ok, so here's the real talk. I'm not a size 4 or even a size 10. I don't have perfect skin. My kids eat chicken nuggets for dinner more than I'd like. Sometimes my anxiety is overwhelming. My hair is that in between straight and wavy situation and I don't wear makeup every day. BUT I love sharing real-life. For me, real-life means the fashion finds and makeup demos AND the messy-hard ins and outs of the day to day.

I have a phrase that I have taped to my mirror. It's a phrase that the Lord reminds me of often. The phrase is, "in this season." Seasons are the same for a while and then they change, and my greatest hope is that women who visit here, find something that encourages them and is beneficial to THEIR season.
