THIS OR THAT? {JUNE 2022}
Last week I did a This or That Poll on my Instagram, so if you aren’t following me there you definitely should be! Here’s the results and how I factor into them!
ICE CREAM
I’m definitely an ice cream person, HOWEVER since my husband and boys all have a dairy allergy, we mostly stock popsicles in our house.
BEACH
There’s just something about the ocean air that makes it really feel like summer. My brother just got back from a family trip to the beach and I definitely had FOMO.
ONE PIECE
This mom-body feels way more comfortable in a one piece these days. I ordered this one a few weeks ago and really like how much coverage it gives and the tummy control.
SANDALS
Even in my own backyard, I pretty much always have on some type of sandal. Inside, I’m usually wearing some kind of slipper. I’ve learned the hard way that stepping on little boy toys (aka legos) is alot less painful in slippers than in bare feet.
DRESS
I love a good sundress. They are flowy and easy to wear in the heat. Here’s a few I’ve been loving this year:
WATERMELON
Always watermelon. With salt. That’s the only proper way to eat it.
BACKYARD
1000% always backyard. I’m not a camping person. AT ALL. I have zero desire to camp in a tent, in an rv or even to glamp. Nope.
SWEET TEA
I think I would lose my Texas citizenship if I said anything other than sweet tea. When I was pregnant with both of my boys I really craved Chick-fil-a Arnold Palmers (Half Sweet Tea/Half Lemonade).
BEACHING
This is a no brainer for me. Camping is just not my thing. My girlfriends and I joke about this all the time. I mean, I do live in Colorado. However, camping is just not for me. I’ve tried it, I hated it, I was miserable. Hubby is also very aware of this and assures me that as the boys get older, he will handle the camping and I can have the weekend to myself!
SNOWCONE
Always a snowcone! our favorite shaved ice stand opened last week and I can’t wait to take the boys. There’s just nothing better in the summertime than a stained tongue and sticky fingers from a delicious snowcone!
