BIG BATCH MUFFINS

We LOVE muffins around here. They are an easy option for breakfast on the go or just for a snack! This recipe is called BIG BATCH for a reason. It makes 7-8 dozen muffins. I personally love that it makes so many because I just bag them up, vacuum seal and freeze the extras. You can pull them out of the freezer and thaw on the countertop or just pop a few out and microwave for about 30 seconds and they are good to go!
