January has been packed full of illness and snow. I also try to remember that spring will be here soon enough and to enjoy the slower days of January. We’ve been busy with out new puppies, Duke and Ranger. They are Australian Shepherds and its feels like they have always been part of the family.
King Soopers had pineapples on sale 10 for $10, so I picked up 2 rounds and have been making pineapple lemonade concentrate and then boiling down the skins for pineapple wellness shots! I’ll have those recipes and how-tos up on the blog soon!
