LIFE LATELY [09.27.23]
I’m sharing a little Life Lately. It’s a little of what we are doing, what we are eating, what we are wearing and a little bit of whatever else is on my mind all in one post.
Korben got to be the special helper at school last week, which means he got to bring a show and tell toy, do the calendar and be the line leader all day. I love that his teachers do this and make each kid feel super special!
I’ve been experimenting with pizza dough for our Friday Family Movie Night and have been baking them on the grill - SO good!
Jack’s cub scout pack has been selling popcorn and he has been working SO hard to meet his goal. He worked several booths over the weekend and was so confidant.
Rotisserie Chicken BBQ Enchiladas and Teriyaki Meatball Stirfry are quick and easy for busy nights!
I’ve been living in these jeans from Walmart! Super comfortable, under $20 and come in multiple colors. I’ve also been loving these Dolce Vita sneakers that are half price right now!
This week last year was lots of togetherness, Halloween pajamas and silliness!

My cart this week is Halloween meets Christmas 🤣
My boys have always had coordinating Halloween costumes and I feel like that era is coming to an end faster than I would like, so I’m soaking it in as long as humanly possible! This year they are going to be Mario and Luigi from the Super Mario Movie.
I wanted to get the boys something to store their hot wheels cars in and found this Hot Wheels Rollout Raceway. I love that it rolls up for easy storage and it holds up to 80 cars. I got both boys one for Christmas!
The last item isn’t for Halloween or Christmas. Some of my girlfriends wanted to read through the bible in a year, which I’ve never done so I’m really excited about this. We are following the Bible Recap plan and they have a great book that compliments the daily reading, breaking it down even further.
