TALK ABOUT IT TUESDAY {MARCH 2022}

On the last Tuesday of every month I do Talk About It Tuesday. It’s a little food, a little family, a little what we’re wearing, a little what we’re doing, a little what we’re watching and a little bit of everything else all in one post.

I’ve been making this Sausage Pasta at least once a week. My boys devour it and it makes for great leftovers too! I’ve also been experimenting with different mason jar salad combinations and love the sweet and salty of this Spinach Salad.

Sean and I have been talking about where we can get away this summer and it had me thinking about our trip to Glenwood Springs, Colorado last summer. It was gorgeous and relaxed and the food was amazing!

Our new Friday Pizza and Movie Night tradition! A few months ago, I noticed that by Friday night my boys were just D O N E! They were tired and whiney and bickering over little stuff. They needed something that forced them to just chill. I grabbed these Pillow Floor Loungers for the boys to sprawl out on (and they LOVE them)! Sometimes I let the boys make their own pizza, sometimes we order pizza. The rules are you must be in your jammies, you must eat your pizza in the living room (which they think is amazing) and you must watch a movie! It has been the BEST!

We just wrapped up Spring Break and all we did was PLAY. Playdates, lunch dates, playing in the backyard….literally….all-the-play!

The inevitable April snow. Don’t get me wrong, I love snow….but I love it in December, January and February. Now it’s time for outside fun and warm days!

The pics below are from the last few years during Spring Break when we had crazy amounts of snow!

Easter! I need to get my Easter Bunny Act in gear, if you know what I mean. I’m also working on content for the LikeToKnowIt Spring Sale. LOTS of my favorite brands will be on sale in a few weeks and I can’t wait to share all the deals!

My boys are starting swim lessons on Monday and I’m so excited!! Now that all of the Covid restrictions have been lifted, the neighborhood pools will be open this summer and I’m excited for my boys to be able to play and swim with friends. We are taking lessons with two of our best friends, so I’m really excited for the boys!

Outlander! Where are my Outlander friends? I love period dramas and goodness gracious it’s SO good. It’s one of those shows that I can start at the beginning and still be surprised at things I missed the season before. It’s definitely a binge-worthy show!

Alexa misheard me the other day (surprise, surprise) and instead of my curated worship playlist, pulled up this Easter Worship playlist and I’ve been loving it!

I’ve been wearing these Judy Blue Distressed Jeans on repeat the last few weeks and LOVE them!

Jack’s school is having Open House this weekend, so I’m excited to go to his classroom and see all of his work!

We have ALOT going on in April! Sean’s parents are coming for a visit, Sean and I will celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary, Easter and I’m sure a gazillion other things! This picture of the boys is from last Easter. I love dressing them alike and will do it as long as they let me!
