APPLE COBBLER
Apple Cobbler is such a great warm winter dessert….actually it’s perfect all year long! Especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top 🥧.
This is also my go-to dessert to bring to friends who’ve had babies or surgery or just need a pick me up. It really is just a warm-hug of a dessert!
APPLE COBBLER
Ingredients
Instructions
- Thaw pie in refrigerator. Once thawed, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut into chunks and place in a baking dish. It's ok if the pie isn't fully thawed, as long as you are able to cut it apart.
- Add water and sugar to baking dish. Slice butter into small pieces and place on top of pie mixture. Stir pie mixture until well combined. Make sure that the butter is evenly distributed throughout the dish.
- Bake cobbler on 425 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Disclaimer: I am not a professionally trained chef.
I’m a mama with a busy schedule, who loves cooking shows and has two very, VERY active boys! I enjoy making food that is quick, simple and easy to clean up.
I do not love extremely long recipe posts that share my every thought as I created the dish or that repeat the same thing over and over 🤣.
I’ll leave that to the professionals 😜.
Any recipe I share has been tested by my own family and officially approved with two thumbs up 👍👍!
