Baked Chicken Tacos
Baked Chicken Tacos are an easy weeknight meal that the whole family will love. Top the tacos with your favorite salsa or sour cream and add a side of Mexican Rice and call the family to the table!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine chicken breasts with 2 cups chicken broth and 2T taco seasoning in a pressure cooker. Cook for 20 minutes and quick release the steam when done. You can also use a crockpot.
- Remove chicken from pressure cooker and shred. Mix shredded chicken with rotel tomatoes.
- Assemble the tacos by layering refried beans, chicken mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake on 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
