Ya’ll! It’s the last day of the longest month of the entire century, but for real, why does it feel like January has 327 days?!
I’m so excited to start this post series. On the last day of the month, we are going to look back at the “best ofs” from the past 30 days and preview a little of what is planned for February!

I love sharing easy recipes with you and Cheeseburger Potato Soup was one of the highest viewed posts this month. My family eats this at least once a week in the winter, it’s EASY and just one of the best comfort meals for cold nights!
Last up, I shared a few Amazon finds that are worth the hype and got such amazing messages from all of you that you loved being able to see a true demo before purchasing. I’ll definitely be doing more of those in February for you!
