Happy last day of March! I’ve never heard this quote by Charles Dickens before but it is the perfect description of Spring in Colorado. I love the warmer days that we can get outside and soak up some sunshine!

We’ve been planning out our garden and gathering supplies. Because we live in the suburbs and have a smaller backyard, in ground gardening or even larger raised beds are not really an option.
However, we do have ample fence space so we are going to utilize that to create a vertical garden with rain gutters. We still have about a month till we can plant but we have lots of prep to do in the mean time.
