COPYCAT OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN SALAD

Everyone LOVES the big bowl of salad that you get at Olive Garden with breadsticks before your meal. It’s a VERY easy salad to make and is great for a big crowd.

  • Chop Romaine Hearts - I used 6 smaller heads to feed about 15 people

  • Chop 1 Red Onion

  • Slice 1 container of Grape Tomatoes

  • Drain 1 jar of sliced Banana Peppers

  • Drain 1 can of pitted Black Olives

  • Add 1 8oz. package of Parmesan Cheese

  • Combine everything in a large bowl and toss to mix. Refrigerate without dressing until read to serve.

  • When ready to serve, add Olive Garden Italian Dressing.
