SAUSAGE POTATO SKILLET

I threw this meal together a few months back and now my family asks for it weekly! I love that this is basically a one pan meal, but I also love to sauté fresh spinach with a little lemon pepper as a side.

While your skillet and oil are warming up, dice a potato into cubes. Add potatoes to skillet and continue to flip until it begins to get crispy. While the potatoes are cooking, slice your sausage.

Add the sausage to the skillet. If you want to add seasoning to your skillet, now is the time! You could use any type of seasoning blend you like, but I prefer the Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse blend.

Once the potatoes are cooked through and have achieved your preferred degree of crispiness, you can serve it! I’ve also add shredded to cheese on top and it was delicious. As you can see from Jack’s face, he definitely approved!

Don’t forget to pin this recipe for future use!

Disclaimer: I am not a professionally trained chef.
I’m a mama with a busy schedule, who loves cooking shows and has two very, VERY active boys! I enjoy making food that is quick, simple and easy to clean up.

I do not love extremely long recipe posts that share my every thought as I created the dish or that repeat the same thing over and over 🤣.
I’ll leave that to the professionals 😜.
Any recipe I share has been tested by my own family and officially approved with two thumbs up 👍👍!
