TERIYAKI MEATBALL STIR-FRY

You know the name of my game is 30 minutes or less! This recipe checks that box, plus its a quick and delicious take on teriyaki stir fry that your family is guaranteed to LOVE!

In a heated skillet, add frozen meatballs. I like the Fully Cooked Meatballs from Sam’s Club but any fully cooked meatball will work. You can also make your own meatballs, but for the sake of 30 minutes or less, we are using fully cooked frozen meatballs.

Let meatballs brown for 2-3 minutes on one side and then flip and brown for 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Add 1 can pineapple chunks without the juice and 1 can of water chestnuts.

Add about 2 cups of your favorite teriyaki sauce. I like this Kinder’s Teriyaki Sauce that I got at Costco but you can use any that you love!

Toss meatballs, pineapple and water chestnuts till covered in sauce and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over rice!

Don’t forget to pin this recipe for future use!

Disclaimer: I am not a professionally trained chef.
I’m a mama with a busy schedule, who loves cooking shows and has two very, VERY active boys! I enjoy making food that is quick, simple and easy to clean up.

I do not love extremely long recipe posts that share my every thought as I created the dish or that repeat the same thing over and over 🤣.
I’ll leave that to the professionals 😜.
Any recipe I share has been tested by my own family and officially approved with two thumbs up 👍👍!
