Whipped Calming Lavender Tallow
Tallow is deeply nourishing to skin, non-comedogenic, easily absorbs into the skin and has been used as natural skincare for centuries. Tallow is rich in vitamin A, D, E and K. It has anti-inflammatory properties to calm irritated skin and reduce redness. The oleic acid found in tallow is shown to be a powerful ingredient to combat dry skin.
Our homemade tallow is a rich combination of grass-fed and rendered beef tallow, raw and unrefined shea butter, organic and cold-pressed jojoba oil and lavender essential oils for a calming and relaxing fragrance.
Order cutoff each week is Wednesday at 12 PM. All orders will be delivered as a porch drop off on Friday between 9 AM and 1 PM.

ATTENTION! During the late Spring and Summer seasons, we highly suggest for you to order our whipped tallows &/or body balms to be delivered to an address where items will NOT sit in the heat for long periods of time. We CANNOT accept full refunds or returns and we DO NOT apply refunds for products left outside to melt.
You might want to take the tallow or body balms and put them directly in to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to allow cooling before opening the jar.
The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturiser, but the whipped consistency will change.
Whipping adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipping cream) that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the butter light, white and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full and the color may change to a dark oil color.
