PARMESAN CHICKEN SLIDERS

Chicken Parmesan Sliders are great for dinner or for a party! They are very easy to make and if you are feeding a larger crowd they can easily be doubled or tripled.

The first thing you will need to do is determine how many Hawaiian Rolls fit into the pan you will be using. This pan is 8x8 and 9 Hawaiian Rolls fit in it perfectly.

Cook the breaded chicken breasts. The last time I made this, I was out of the normal breaded chicken that I use from Samโ€™s Club, but I did have Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets. I thought it would be fun for my boys to use those instead and they thought it was the BEST THING EVER!

Slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half and place the bottom half in the pan. Arrange the cooked breaded chicken breast on the rolls. Itโ€™s kind of like a game of tetris, you just have to move them around to figure out how they fit the best.

Add a layer of marinara sauce and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Finish by placing the top layer of buns on the sandwhich. Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter. You can also make a mix of melted butter and parmesan cheese to brush on top of the rolls.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and sandwiches are warmed through. Remember that the breaded chicken breasts are already cooked, so you are just warming everything together.

Remove from oven, slice the sandwiches and serve!

Disclaimer: I am not a professionally trained chef.
Iโ€™m a mama with a busy schedule, who loves cooking shows and has two very, VERY active boys! I enjoy making food that is quick, simple and easy to clean up.

I do not love extremely long recipe posts that share my every thought as I created the dish or that repeat the same thing over and over ๐Ÿคฃ.
Iโ€™ll leave that to the professionals ๐Ÿ˜œ.
Any recipe I share has been tested by my own family and officially approved with two thumbs up ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘!
