FEBRUARY REWIND {2023}
Happy last day of Feb-ru-ary! I seriously say Wednesday and February like that every time I spell it. We’ve had some really sunny days that have finally melted most of the snow in the backyard. I’m sure it will be back in a few days, but for now we are soaking in the vitamin D!

Last month I shared that we are winter sowing. You can read about that here. Well for most of February, my winter sowing containers have been under snow, which is what we want! The snow waters the seeds in their dormant state and continues to prep them for sprouting as the weather warms up.
My mom gave me an early birthday present, the bread bowl attachment for my kitchen aid mixer, so I’ve been learning how to make artisan bread. This was my first attempt and it turned out pretty good!
